If Decedent was on Medicaid in NYC, we will assist you in getting up to $1700.00 reimbursement on cremation.
Full payment must be made by the family to the funeral home.
The $1700 reimbursement from HRA is paid directly to the family member that paid for the cremation.
We do not accept payment directly from HRA.
We do not participate in this program.
We will provide all the forms you need for HRA reimbursement when we mail the death certificate.
