The legal next of kin must certify that he/she is not aware of any other closer legal next of kin to the Decedent. If the legal next of kin is knowingly misrepresenting himself/herself as the closest legal next of kin to the decedent, the legal next of kin will be responsible for any legal costs that arise from this misrepresentation. The Tribute of Life Funeral Service Inc. has the legal right to sue the legal next of kin that signs paperwork for all the damages and costs due to misrepresentation.
